On Foot

From the bandstand  in the Carfax look towards the Town Hall (pictured above). The Museum and Art Gallery, painted green, is 50 yards behind the Town Hall at the head of the Causeway, which leads down to the Parish Church of St Mary and the Remembrance Gardens.

Alternatively from the bus station walk into the Forum, past Beales and the coffee shop keeping Sainsbury's car park on your right. Follow the path through Furneaux Walk into the Causeway. You will find the Museum and Art Gallery diagonally to the left.
