Donation of Objects
Horsham Museum and Art Gallery has been collecting items relating to Horsham and its district for almost 120 years, building up a unique range of objects that tell the history of the town, its people, trades and businesses. Much of this would not have been possible without the generosity of many people who have kindly donated objects and paper archives to us. If you have items that you feel we might be interested in, please do contact us as we welcome donations of all kinds, particularly those with a Horsham connection.
Individuals intending to donate items are kindly requested to fill out the Donations Enquiries Form. This is also available at the museum entrance desk. You can either email the completed form to firstname.lastname@example.org, leave the form with the museum reception, or send the form by post to the address below:

Curatorial staff will respond to potential donors and arrange appointments. Please note that we do not collect newspapers, magazines or souvenir issues.
Ownership of the collection resides with Horsham and District Council to be held in trust for the people of Horsham District.
